5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information where you rely on app calculations or reminders.
- Maintain access to your Apple account and device security controls.
- Review country-specific rules directly with official sources before acting.
6. Subscriptions and Billing

- Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martin Kocisky is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from reliance on app information.
12. Termination
We may suspend access for misuse or legal reasons. You may stop using the app at any time.
